Ripe cherry, cedar, and cocoa followed by a mouth feel that is full, sumptuous, with chewy tannins, and abundant with red fruit characteristics.
Aromas of black licorice, currant, allspice, black cherry followed by flavors of cherry, vanilla, nutmeg with a lengthy and soft finish, rich with dark fruit flavors.
Aromas of blackberry, blueberry, juniper berry, and fennel. The mouthfeel is supple with nice soft tannins
This blend was very fun to make. Grenache and Mourvèdre both bring softness, red fruit, and spice, while the Syrah brings structure, color, and high-tone dark fruit.
This reserve Pinot Noir from the Arroyo Grande Valley is true to form with high tone, spice driven aromatics.
Rich pineapple and stonefruit with hints of toasted marshmallow and coconut. On the palate, layers of apple pie are followed by rich mid palate pineapple.
Aromas of citrus, Meyer lemon zest, pineapple are followed by flavors of lychee and kiwi. The finish is balanced and crisp.
Aromas of dark cherry cola, and vanilla with a rich, balanced mouthfeel. Flavors of currant and cola are held up nicely by well-structured tannins with a full bodied finish.
